Shipping Protection

Absolutely horrible communication unfortunately. No tracking number, no phone, answered emails a week and a half later, verified my order was sent but couldn’t send me the tracking number and then when I finally received one it was already half way to my house. Also took turn around a month to get here.
Such a shame cause it’s a good telescope
