Returns Policy

At Gallantoro, our goal is to provide you with the most enjoyable online shopping experience possible, and that is why it is crucial for us that you love your purchase. However, in the hopefully rare occurrence that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange the item for you. 

Australian customers are now able to lodge and send their returns back to Gallantoro via the Australia Post Returns Portal. Just follow the steps in the portal to generate your return label. Please be sure to fill in the Gallantoro Returns Form and included it with your return.

 

Change of mind

We understand it may be hard to choose the right items online, especially if you're purchasing a gift for someone else, so we really want to make it as easy as possible for you by allowing you to return or exchange your item within 30 days provided that:

• You retain your receipt as proof of purchase and it is less than 30 days from the time of purchase.

• We will refund you back the full purchase price you paid, less any discount offered (if applicable), as well as offering a free return to Gallantoro at our cost, however we do not refund the initial shipping cost, if applicable.

• The item is in a saleable condition as below

• Items are unworn and/or unused (with original tags intact)
• Items are in the original un-tarnished packaging and in original saleable condition

 

** We are unable to process refunds for change of mind on custom monogrammed items, however if the item is faulty, we will of course happily refund you in full regardless of the monogramming.

** Bulk quantity items (10+ units per order) are void from the returns policy due to the custom nature of the order size.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe you have purchased an item that is faulty we want to remedy this just as much as you do. We ask you to promptly return the item to us for assessment and either a full refund or exchange will be given, provided that after receiving the faulty item and assessing your claim we deem to the product to be faulty. Proof of purchase must accompany any faulty item claims, and must be within 30 days of the order receipt.

Faulty product claims will result in a refund of the postage costs of both your initial order as well as the costs for you to post the faulty item back to us.

Please note Gallantoro will not reimburse any shipping charges when returning items to our address. We will instead provide you with a return label (no charge to you) that you can use to post your item back to us.

 

International returns

We are unable to cover the cost of returns for change or mind or exchanges from international customers (outside of Australia), unless the product is faulty. Refer to the faulty or damaged products section above for further information. If you would like to return the items at your cost, please contact us via assistance@gallantoro.com 

 

Bulky item returns

We are unable to offer free returns for change of mind on selected large and bulky items due to the high cost of returning these items as well as the fact Australia Post has a weight limit restriction on items over 22kg. Australia Post will not collect/post items over 22kg. 

We will indicate if a product qualifies as a bulky item with no free returns for change of mind on the product page of the product itself. If you don't see a reference to this on the product page then you are eligible for a free return for change of mind.

We will cover the cost of a bulky item return for a faulty bulky item. In order to do this, please email assistance@gallantoro.com to arrange this.

 

How to refund or exchange with Gallantoro

Simply visit our Australia Post Returns Portal and follow the steps in the portal to generate your return label. Please be sure to fill in the Gallantoro Returns Form and included it with your return. For anything you're not sure of, contact us via assistance@gallantoro.com

Once received we will assess the returned product and ensure the items are in saleable condition. If all is in order we will aim to process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. 

It is best to re-use our box and stuffing to avoid any chance of damage during the return shipment.

Please note that we cannot always guarantee the availability of products for exchange, as some of our stock is seasonal and/or rare one-off pieces.

If you wish for a completely different product, rather than a different size or colour of the same product, you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Please note that refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Return items that are not in saleable condition, whether damaged or altered from their original state, with damaged product packaging or returned items without proof of purchase will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to you.
